The aim of this commission is to provide the evidence and the policy development needed for SCR MCA to better achieve economic inclusion\. It will provide an important baseline of the region's challenges - grounded in the data and views of a wide range of stakeholders, understand where SCR MCA has 'gaps' in its programmes according to this need, and identify workable actions that the MCA can pursue in order to fulfil its inclusion goals\.
