## Description

Provision of an Independent Living Community Support services that will enable individuals with severe and enduring mental health needs to receive recovery orientated support that will enable them to maintain their independence within the community and supporting people towards recovery and independence to enable them to develop the life skills to maintain their independence in the community\.
