Description

Purchase of AKTA Pilot 600R (including computer hardware/software) plus installation services, IQ/OQ, consumables, service and planned maintenance for installation at the new Gene Therapy Innovation and Manufacturing Centre in Sheffield. The intention to award a contract as a 'Negotiated procedure without a prior call for competition' was previously published as a Voluntary ex ante transparency notice (reference: 2022/S 000-000544) dated 7th January 2022 and Contract Award Notice (reference: 2022/S 000-004649) dated 18th February 2022. Regulation 32 of PCR 2015 was applied as in 32. (2) (b) (ii) and 32. (5) (a).
