## Description

Purchase of AKTA Pilot 600R \(including computer hardware/software\) plus installation services, IQ/OQ, consumables, service and planned maintenance for installation at the new Gene Therapy Innovation and Manufacturing Centre in Sheffield\. The intention to award a contract as a 'Negotiated procedure without a prior call for competition' was previously published as a Voluntary ex ante transparency notice \(reference: 2022/S 000-000544\) dated 7th January 2022 and Contract Award Notice \(reference: 2022/S 000-004649\) dated 18th February 2022\. Regulation 32 of PCR 2015 was applied as in 32\. \(2\) \(b\) \(ii\) and 32\. \(5\) \(a\)\.
