## Description

Arup to prepare Option Document entitled Seeking Your Views to Guide Development which will be subject to consultation on Jan – Feb 2016\. This to be followed by a detailed Development Framework Document for the site which will set out how the site will come forward in a comprehensive and phased manner\. Arup to work with other consultants and produce the transport infrastructure proposals which will inform the final draft of the Development Framework\. The Infrastructure Delivery Strategy for the site is proposed to be developed over the next few months and this will inform / be informed by the Development Framework Document – the 2 will evolve alongside each other\. Summary of 4 Tasks as follows: Task 1 Production of Consultation Boards: Task 2 Organise and Host FAQ Session: Task 3 Attendance at Consultation Events: Task 4 Production of a Consultation Summary Document:
