Tenant and Leaseholder Satisfaction Surveys 2023-24

Description

The London Borough of Newham (LBN) would like to commission a research provider to undertake its 2023-24 Tenant and Leaseholders Surveys, analyse and report on the results. The purpose of the surveys is to assess attitudes towards Newham and its managing agents as landlords, as well as to measure overall satisfaction with the services provided. The results of the surveys will be used for regulatory reporting, performance monitoring and comparison between providers, as well as to identify overall areas of strength and areas for improvement in the delivery of Newham's housing services.
