## Description

Age Better in Sheffield is looking to commission activity to support individuals who have been bereaved \(this can be extended to those living with a terminally ill loved one\)\. The activity will be based in one of Age Better in Sheffield's four target wards \(Burngreave, Beauchief & Greenhill, Firth Park or Woodhouse\) and will focus on one of the under represented groups in the Age Better programme \(men, BAME groups or individuals with low income\)\.
