Description
The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy need information to help develop guidance related to the practice of hallmarking precious metals via the off-shore sub-offices of the UK's assay offices. In order to ascertain how this guidance should be developed we need to understand how consumers view and understand hallmarks, their opinions on precious metals hallmarked overseas and how they visually distinguish between a variety of hallmarks.
