Employee Value Proposition Consultancy

As part of CPIs ongoing HR development, we would like to partner with a consultancy to review and develop a forward focused plan for Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development and associated activities to roll out in 2021. The development of an EVP is part of CPIs HR strategy to enhance the integration of our company values and see the benefits associated with a well-designed EVP such as candidate attraction, retention, and increased brand awareness etc. The EVP must therefore be designed in conjunction with CPIs existing values, culture, and ethos.
