Contract 4 - Structural Walling & Brickwork Maintenance 2019-2021

Description

Individual projects including housing/residential installs, structural walling and brickwork maintenance for programmed works be completed in ether of the following forms; houses, flats, bungalows and blocks and any other properties owned by the Authority or its subsidiaries which may also include housing for sale. The specific Projects details that may be procured under this Framework Contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however, indicative volumes, approximate per year are: 2019-20 = 200, 2020-21 = 252, 2021-22 = 251 and 2022-23 = 160. The ProContract Project reference is DN363855. The initial contract duration is for thirty six months with an option to extend for a further twelve months.
