## Description

To provide NEC Supervisor Services throughout the full duration of RIBA Stage 5 \(Manufacturing and Construction\) and Stage 6 \(Handover\), pursuant to a NEC4 Form of Contract \(Design & Build\) covering the following scope of work elements for the buildings described above: • Architectural Installation • Structural Installation • Civil Engineering Installation • Mechanical Installation \(\*Limited capacity; see note below\) • Electrical Installation \(\*Limited capacity; see note below\) • Plumbing Installation \(\*Limited capacity; see note below\) • Geotechnical Monitoring and Installation • External Works and Landscaping Installation \*Note - It is proposed to procure a separate Appointment for a Technical Advisor 'monitoring' role that will oversee the final design, installation and commissioning phase of these works\.
