## Description

Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council \(the Councils\) are producing a joint piece of work which will cover the combined area of these local authorities\. The Councils are seeking suitably qualified specialists to carry out a discovery into housing monitoring data through the planning system\. This discovery should be based upon the standards set out in the Local Digital Declaration and Technology Code of Practice\.
