Pensions Remote Hosting

The service requirements are for Remote Hosting Services (i.e. data centre hosting) for the NHSBSA's NHS Pensions IT platform/IT environments associated with the combined Payroll and Pensions Applications. These will be accessed by: the NHSBSA Pensions Operations Team, the NHSBSA Contact Centre, the NHSBSA Operational Staff, and other NHSBSA staff at: Hesketh House, Fleetwood; Ridgway House, Middlebrook; and Bridge House, Newcastle. The scope includes supporting the migration of the Pensions IT Infrastructure to the Data Centre, and provision of Data Centre and associated services to support the Pensions Operating Environment. The contract is for a period of three years with an option to extend for a period of up to two years.
