Description

Rushcliffe Borough Council is progressing the development of a new Leisure Centre and Office Block on Chapel Lane in Bingham and seeks to directly appoint a specialist consultancy firm to undertake a Clerk of Works role to carry out the inspection of site construction activity, including all building, mechanical and electrical works, to ensure adherence to the contract specifications and drawings and ensure the required quality is achieved. Tender documents are loaded onto the East Midlands Tenders online procurement portal. Tender submissions and all communications regarding the project are to be made through the online portal.
