## Description

Rushcliffe Borough Council is progressing the development of a new Leisure Centre and Office Block on Chapel Lane in Bingham and seeks to directly appoint a specialist consultancy firm to undertake a Clerk of Works role to carry out the inspection of site construction activity, including all building, mechanical and electrical works, to ensure adherence to the contract specifications and drawings and ensure the required quality is achieved\.
