## Description

The West Midlands Combined Authority \(WMCA\) is seeking to appoint an additional resource that will work closely with the Owner, current Operator resource and the Midland Metro Alliance \(MMA\) to carry out design review related services and technical advice\. The resource will help to provide the Owner and Operator with assurance that what is required is being developed whilst working with the MMA design team to encourage best practice\. The Owner's Team Technical Advisor \(OTTA\) will also be required to advise the Owner and Operator of any concerns that are identified and raise those concerns with the MMA for close out through the design process\.
