Tender for internal communal decorations for various high & low rise blocks in Luton, Bedfordshire

This ITT is for internal decoration to various high rise and low rise blocks of flats in Luton, Bedfordshire. It is a requirement by TOR Coatings that the work be carried out by TOR Partner Contractors. It is anticipated that pre-painting repairs surveys and the corresponding repairs will be carried out early September 2017 prior to commencing of painting works by mid/late September 2017 The Contractor's tender should be formulated with these dates in mind however commencement may be adjusted at the discretion of Luton Borough Council. The completion date for the contract is Friday 19 January 2018
