## Description

This ITT is for internal decoration to various high rise and low rise blocks of flats in Luton, Bedfordshire\. It is a requirement by TOR Coatings that the work be carried out by TOR Partner Contractors\. It is anticipated that pre-painting repairs surveys and the corresponding repairs will be carried out early September 2017 prior to commencing of painting works by mid/late September 2017 The Contractor's tender should be formulated with these dates in mind however commencement may be adjusted at the discretion of Luton Borough Council\.
