The project is scoped to deliver the following three outcomes: • Compliance with HMRC guidance on the application of tax and national insurance (NI) to the components paid by RPS. • Resolution of long-standing issues around the Real Time Information (RTI) data provided by RPS to HMRC. • Service improvements to make systems and processes more customer-centric, cost efficient, and effective.
