## Description

The project is scoped to deliver the following three outcomes: • Compliance with HMRC guidance on the application of tax and national insurance \(NI\) to the components paid by RPS\. • Resolution of long-standing issues around the Real Time Information \(RTI\) data provided by RPS to HMRC\. • Service improvements to make systems and processes more customer-centric, cost efficient, and effective\.
