Work description
Mechanical and electrical capital works to be carried out at 3 Gateshead College campuses during Summer 2026. This is a call-off contract, awarded following a further competition using the YPO DPS for Buildings Internal Fit-out and Maintenance (Lot 6 - M&E). This DPS was established under the Public Contracts Regulations.
