Procurement of Consultation Services - Flood Management Studies

Kirklees Council is seeking to appoint a Consultant to • Further develop 2 'options' to OBC stage • Carry out 2 higher level feasibility developments of two other potential options • Plus an additional high level assessment (Cluster 3 - Clayton West and Scisset). The appointment shall be commissioned using the NEC Professional Services Contract. The two additional high level studies, if shown to be feasible, may be considered to develop to full business case by a potential compensation event.
