Extension to existing contract - separate record for clarity. [Individual] has been providing interim finance business support to a number of key transformation and development projects including adult social care and housing development. These complex projects are at key stages of service design and require ongoing professional financial support. Pending restructure of the Finance function where permanent business partner appointments will be sourced, it would not be cost-effective to remove the support [individual] is providing at present
