Stewart Fleming Primary School Phase 2 Summer 2019 Enabling Works

The Council wishes to procure a building contractor to carry out enabling works prior to the design and construction of a one and two storey extension, plus associated demolition, alteration and refurbishment works to the existing building and site, to the site known as The Pioneer Academy, Stewart Fleming Primary School, Witham Road, Anerley, London, SE20 7YB. The tender opportunity will be run through the London Tenders Procurement Portal and you will need to register your company with the portal as soon as possible (if you have not already done so) at www.londontenders.org to ensure that you are able to access and submit the relevant documents online. Additional information: This opportunity was previously tendered and awarded (2018/S 125-284126). A significant portion of the main school building has now been demolished. This tender is following an accelerated procedure due primarily to the arising complications relating to health and safety and also to ensure the school's efficient operation. There is a urgent need to proceed to restart the building works to coincide with school holidays and to complete phase 2 of the expansion of the school.
