## Description

In the West Midlands area there are 2 Hydrometry & Telemetry \(H&T\) asset locations which are no longer being utilised and have been decommissioned\. As a result, the buildings and infrastructure are falling into disrepair and need to be removed to reduce risk to both staff, public and the surrounding area\. Both assets require removal of a building and one requires filling a stilling-well\.
