Work description
Stoke-on-Trent City Council has been successful with a Round 2 Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) grant application ('Parks for People' programme) for the comprehensive restoration of historic Hanley Park (including its Cauldon Grounds 'annex')
The Council is seeking to commission an appropriate contractor to commence the second works package of the restoration project, namely the repair and restoration of the Park's historic core, including buildings , formal terrace gardens, canal bridges, bandstand, and other heritage features. The Council is therefore undertaking a pre-qualification exercise as a precursor to inviting tenders from appropriate contractors.
