## Description

The Council wishes to redevelop the former care home site known as Haslam House, 304 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore HA7 1DY as a Private Rental Scheme\. The council has fully developed full design drawings and a specification for a development comprised of 9 houses in conjunction with Stephen Taylor Architects, full planning permission has been granted for the development\. This will be the first Private Rental Scheme development that the Council has undertaken and it will need to balance the competing demands of delivering a high quality product and securing an appropriate return on investment\.
