WDC - Infrastructure Support Services to the community in Warwick District (Light Touch Regime) - AWARD

Lot 1: Provision of support and consultancy services to improve the sustainability of local VCS organisations, particularly those working in priority areas of WDC. Support should include strengthening the capability of organisations to recruit new volunteers, fundraise, build partnerships, bid for and win service contracts, generate income and streamline operations.

Lot 2: A small pilot programme to test models of capacity building in rural communities to help overcome social isolation. WDC is interested in receiving bids from organisations to run a pilot programme in Year One and to roll out successful engagement models in Years Two and Three.
