## Description

The University has a requirement for metagenome sequencing services\. We seek to have nine soil and sediment samples sequenced using PacBio HiFi CCS Revio longread sequencing to a depth of approx\. 250 Gb per sample with a minimum median read length of 10 kB and average quality score of >Q30\. We intend to issue these samples to the successful supplier in a single batch in the first week of June 2024 \(subject to a contract being signed in May\) and require sequencing data to be returned to the University within 3 months\.
