## Description

The primary aim of the project is to collect qualitative data from micro employers and agents to understand better what is driving error in payroll submissions, and how HMRC could best support micro employers to comply with requirements\. Additional information: This contract was let as part of a mini-competition with the DWP Social and Economic Research Framework 2013
