Electoral Integrity Programme (EIP) Delivery Support

Description

Provision of a delivery team for the Beta-phases of changes to new digital elections services. This is in support of the Government manifesto and ministerial commitments to deliver electoral changes. Across the life of the contract this may include front-end and/or back-end work for the following products/services: • Continued development on the Voter Authority Certificate (VAC) service. • Continued development on the Electoral Registration Office Portal (EROP) service. • Continued development on the postal vote application service. • Continued development on the proxy vote application service. • Delivery of changes to the Register to Vote service to support Overseas Electors. • Delivery of changes to the Register to Vote service to support European Union Voting Candidacy Rights.
