You are invited to submit a tender to join a Framework Agreement for the Provision of The Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards \(DoLS\) Mental Health Assessor Role\. Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards \(DoLS\) is a legal framework under which the local authority \(Blackpool Council\) acts as a supervisory body, in order to authorise deprivations of service user's liberty which are the responsibility of the state\.
