Homes England Property Professional Services Framework - Assessment of Garden Cimmunity bids

The objective of this commission is to support Homes England's assessment of the Deliverability and Viability of the new bids to join the Garden Communities Programme. This will be undertaken by analysis of the viability appraisals and accompanying information submitted with bids.The outputs will feed into the overall assessment of deliverability factors in bids being undertaken by Homes England
