## Description

This tender exercise is for the purchase of a Configuration Management Database to replace the current IT Helpdesk software for ICT Customer Services at the Council\. NB - the system offered must be supplied on the basis of an on-premise \(at council premises\) hosted solution\. Solutions based on any other hosting basis will not be accepted\.
