Provision of crowd forecasting services

The Cabinet Office is seeking a supplier of a crowd forecasting platform or software. The Cabinet Office needs an off-the-shelf solution to aggregating numeric probabilistic forecasts on high priority questions related to analysis and assessment. Cabinet Office seeks a platform supplier who can deliver and manage crowd forecasting software and solutions as a service (e.g. Platforms).
