Invitation to Tender for Aquinas Building, External Envelope Repairs

It is the intention to complete roof and external repair works comprising pitched roof recovering, isolated brick, stonework and lead repairs, timber window repairs, rainwater goods repairs and internal / external redecorations to the Aquinas Building, Maryland Street, Liverpool L1 9BY, during the summer of 2024. LJMU will provide full specification and requirements within the ITT documents.

The proposed works package is to include;

• Strip existing slates from main roof & turret • Main pitched roof recovering (new slates where necessary) • Dormer repairs • Rainwater Goods and drainage replacements and repairs • Timber window repairs • Isolated Brickwork / stonework repairs
