## Description

It is the intention to complete roof and external repair works comprising pitched roof recovering, isolated brick, stonework and lead repairs, timber window repairs, rainwater goods repairs and internal / external redecorations to the Aquinas Building, Maryland Street, Liverpool L1 9BY, during the summer of 2024\. LJMU will provide full specification and requirements within the ITT documents\.
