Refurbish Confrence Table & Remove Reception Desk

Re-Instatement of conference room furniture, the building is currently being refurbished and this table has been in place for many years. It has been subject to substantial wear and tear however the base structure is fine and polishing is more affordable than replacement. Reception desk is unused and the foyer space could be put to better use - Reception table is powered and set on a slate plinth which will need to be removed. .
