Courses should cover a range of topics including but not limited to:

o Provide knowledge of anatomy and physiology o Provide knowledge and skills to assess a client's health and fitness status o Provide knowledge and skills to be able to plan and conduct a physical activity session o Provide knowledge to be able to prepare for employment or to set up in business on a self-employed basis

The course will equip the learner with practical and applicable skills that can be used to work with clients.
