## Description

Rossendale Council Is seeking Expressions of Interests from suitably qualified interested partners for the "Management and Operation of a new Cycle and visitor hub" around the Futures Park area, Bacup\. This may be extended in the future by negotiation to include further hubs around the borough particularly within the three designated town centres\.
