## Description

This invitation for the submission of a quotation is issued by Corby Borough Council for specialist expertise to prepare a local Community Led Local Development Strategy\. Community Led Local Development is a new element of the European Programme 2014-20\. The South East Midlands Local Enterprise Partnership \(SEMLEP\) has allocated £4M for this in its Strategy and Implementation Plans\. Corby Borough Council has indicated interest in utilising this funding\. A Phase 1 bid has been submitted recently \(7th December 2015\)\. The phase 1 bid is for £20,000/50% funding for preparation of a Local Strategy\. A decision on this funding has been received this February 2016\. Preparation of a successful Local Strategy will lead to the release of the full funding of £2M\.
