## Description

Epping Forest District Council \(EFDC\) is seeking to commission a suitably accredited contractor with a demonstrable track record to design and build a town centre wayfinding system for the town of Waltham Abbey in Essex\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
