This will require successful delivery of the commission to support the Council's overall aim to monitor, understand and evaluate the impacts of the traffic filters post-implementation. ? Review / confirm Monitoring and Evaluation Plan & programme ? Economic and business impacts to include pedestrian interview surveys ? Resident surveys ? Engagement with protected characteristic groups ? Baseline and comparator data collation ? Development of dashboard for reporting of ongoing monitoring results ? Production of dashboard reporting ? Interim reporting ? Preparation of final evaluation report ? Project management and co-ordination
