RIP Commercial - Scott Baker

The RIP Commercial team will support the RIP programme in each area and the associated delivery teams in support of Highways England's business objectives and the Delivery Plan targets. Specifically, the team will ensure that commercial aspects (cost and time) are effectively managed and that governance, efficiency and value for money are assured. It will work alongside and support the RIP Delivery team looking into the projects and interface with the PMO, providing data and information for analysis and reporting.
