## Description

Rochford District Council is seeking a contractor to maintain and service all heating and cooling equipment installed in various RDC owned properties\. The Contract will be for 5 years and will commence on 1st November 2017\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
