## Description

Worcester City Council is inviting tenders from suitably experienced suppliers for the lease, installation and maintenance of the Worcester City Christmas Lights for a three year period\. Worcester is a beautiful historic city with many listed buildings and a quality retail offer that should be enhanced by any seasonal decoration\. The Christmas Lights Switch On Event for 2017 is scheduled for Thursday 23rd November and the last night on which the lights will be lit is to be 5th January 2018\. The Christmas Lights Switch on events for 2018 and 2019 have not yet been confirmed\. Deadline for site visits to have taken place 4pm Friday 12 May 2017 The closing date and time for receipt of completed Tender is 4pm Friday 26 May 2017 In order to be able to tender for this contract and view the tender documentation you will need to be registered with the Due North ProContract Worcestershire e procurement portal\.
