Work description
Provision of specialist support to refresh the existing SNOW software asset management (SAM) solution and upskill in-house resources. HCTVP requires a supplier to improve its capability managing software assets. This work is to take place across three gateway stages. Stage 1: Establish Platform, Stage 2: Collate and Cleanse Data; and Stage 3: Develop Skills & Processes.
