Work description
Major remodelling and refurb of two existing single storey buildings, currently used for dementia residential care. Building to be remodelled & refurbished to provide day care facilities for adults with special needs. Buildings are approximately 20 years old. Internal remodelling & refurbishment, new build link corridor to link the 2 buildings. External landscaping works.
