Highways England ('the Company') is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support network structural surveys. The aim of this technical consultancy task is to carry out relevant work to support the equipment undertaking structural condition surveys on the Highways England Strategic Road Network and to provide quality assurance, accreditation and technical advice related to these surveys.
