Description
The long-term goal is to support the industry in making informed decisions on possible changes to mitigation approaches to risks related to adverse weather, in particular trains running into trees or landslips. The specific objective of this study is to provide an understanding of whether current blanket speed restriction arrangements are suitable and justified, and what alternatives exist. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
